Speaker and Poster Presenter Information for TOP Conference 2026
TOP Conference takes place from 24-25 February 2026 at the Kia Oval in Kennington, London.

Checklist for speakers:
Registration: Please ensure you are registered for the conference. Register online here.
Arrival: The main entrance to the venue is via the Alec Stewart Gate. Registration for the conference opens at 08:30 – on 24th and 25th February. On arrival please make yourself known to a member of the events team at the registration desk.
Prepare and submit your slides:
All presentation titles, abstracts and speaker details can be found on the timetable and topic pages. Please inform us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect or requires updating.
Please prepare your presentation as either a powerpoint or PDF slide deck.
Please submit your slides to info@topconference.com no later than Monday 23rd February. These will be passed to the technical team ahead of the event to avoid delays between presentations. You can find your allocated time slot and session length on the Conference Programme.
Unless you specify otherwise, your presentation slide deck will be made available as a download to all delegates post-event.
You are welcome to supply an alternative slide deck for distribution if the original contains restricted information.

Poster Presenters
The poster session at TOP Conference will be held in the exhibition area.
Registration: Please ensure you are registered for the conference. Register online here.
Arrival: Registration for the conference opens at 08:30 – on 24th and 25th February. On arrival please make yourself known to a member of the events team who can direct you to the poster area and supply any fixings you require.
Prepare your poster:
Please bring your printed poster with you.
The poster format is A0 (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high). The poster boards are 100cm wide and 200cm high.
Please install your poster between 8:30 and 09:00 on Tuesday morning (24th February)
Please ensure your poster is removed by 17:00 on Wednesday 25th.
Poster presenters should stay by their poster during the breaks to meet with attendees and answer their questions.
Please note: The poster area is not supplied with electricity.
Poster judging:
Posters will be judging during the Drinks Reception on Tuesday 24th February (17:30 – 18:30). Please ensure you are next to your posters and available during this time, to present an overview to the judges, this should be no more then 2 minutes.
Student posters will be judged on scientific/engineering content, originality and potential impact of the research work presented, and overall clarity and effectiveness of the presentation.
The winner will be announced on Wednesday 25th February at 12:30 following the panel session.
Poster previews:
This year we will be asking poster presenters to also prepare a 2-minute video preview of your poster, which will be shared on our website ahead of the conference.
Poster preview videos should be no longer than 2 minutes in length and supplied to us as a mp4 video file, or as a youtube link via email to info@topconference.com
Deadline to supply your poster preview – Friday 6th February 2026.
There will be a prize of an Amazon voucher for the Best Poster 2026, awarded at the conference.
